Our Custom Printed Jigsaw Puzzle is a Toast to Print that Sparkles
Ensemble: A custom printed jigsaw puzzle inset + printed tray.
Print: Tray base: offset lithography for all type (match to emerald green frame); gold foil stamping. Bottle pieces: offset lithography (match to emerald green frame); gold foil stamping; blind debossing. On the neck, the fine cross-hatched pattern reverses out of the foil; ‘DATAGRAPHIC’ fits precisely into its “shadow,” also reversed out of the foil.
Stocks: Bottle: Neenah Classic Crest Natural White Cover, Stipple Finish; Stardream Aquamarine Cover; Carnival Titan (emerald green) Cover. Tray: Stardream Aquamarine Cover sandwiched between layers of super-heavy grey binder board; Carnival Titan (emerald green) Cover.
Finishing: Neck label and front label are position mounted onto the Classic Crest “bottle.” Our art director made sure the die cutting wouldn’t disrupt the design or split any letters.
