Our 2019 promotional 3D desk calendar is dodeca-licious!
If you think that printing companies tend to overthink [and over-engineer] their own marketing materials, our first dodecahedron promotional 3D desk calendar should not disappoint. After countless misaligned tabs, innumerable angle adjustments and frequent Geometry 101 flashbacks, our year-end labor-of-love is finally in the mail.
The striking 12-sided calendar consists of two die cut halves that, when punched out, folded and its tabs inserted into slots, forms a shape familiar to fans of board games and geometry teachers. While not exactly origami, we realized that assembly instructions (included with the piece) would probably be appreciated. And so we illustrated and printed those on a letterpress.
