Designed as an exclusive, no-limits membership to the luxury Pennsylvania resort complex, Nemacolin, The Woodlands Club offers members free reign over their recreational desires with the number of hours in a day as their only limit. To promote this unique offering, Nemacolin asked DATAGRAPHIC to produce a suite of high-end resort marketing materials that could communicate the level of extravagance, leisure and joy that awaits all newly-minted members.
Located just 12 miles south of Frank Lloyd Wright’s architectural masterpiece, Fallingwater, Nemacolin rests atop 2,200 acres of natural splendor in the heart of Pennsylvania’s Laurel Highlands. The numerous historical and natural landmarks of the surrounding area add to the unrivaled leisure that Nemacolin has become synonymous with. Designed by luxury branding experts, King & Partners, the entire suite of materials confidently walks a fine line between whimsy and sophistication that only Nemacolin can deliver.
How we produced these gorgeous resort marketing materials.
For the bearer, this “golden ticket” is no metaphor. Prospective members who were invited to join The Woodlands Club literally received one, painstakingly produced using three separately printed and foil stamped plies of mounted board. This hefty invitation was then enclosed in a beautifully embossed envelope donning “Pearl,” the resort’s feathered brand ambassador.
Pearl also appeared embossed on the cover of the beautifully saddle sewn brochure-slash-pocket folder that contained digitally printed, sewn in signatures. The thickness of the overall piece was a considered component of the suite and helps to communicate the bounty of enjoyment that a membership to The Woodlands Club might provide.
