A ‘Molto bello’ Custom Invitation Suite in Milano
This custom invitation suite for John Varvatos was printed using offset printing and letterpress. The tiny crests on the bottom are blind debossed – a great touch — and the envelope flap is blind debossed.
We used 100% cotton, which has a feel like fine fabric. It can also take a deep impression yet still feels crisp. The cards were duplexed (after printing) to make them double-thick and to conceal the bruise from the stamping pressure of the plate.
The invitation was perforated to create a personalized admission stub. Four slots punched into the backing board hold the invitation in place.
